SUDOSCAN® is an innovative device for early detection of autonomic and small fiber peripheral neuropathy. This noninvasive and painless test evaluates sweat gland function, which can reflect the health of small nerve fibers. By testing sweat function, SUDOSCAN® allows Podiatrist to better monitor the health of these nerves to better personalize, monitor and treat any abnormalities. This test is especially useful in the patient with diabetes, family history of neuropathy, vitamin deficiencies, nerve compression or trauma.
